Readiness Exercise 1984 (REX-84)
Is an
emergency response program involving the implementation of martial law, the movement of civilian populations and the arrest
and detainment of segments of the population.
A rehearsal of the program was carried out April 5-13, 1984. It was
led by FEMA and the Department of Defense and involved the coordination of 34 other Federal departments and agencies.

500,000 FEMA coffins

These
coffins are stacked on pallets, upside down on each other (about 17 per pallet). Apparently the Government is expecting a
half million people to die relatively soon, and the Atlanta Airport is a major airline traffic hub, probably the biggest in
the country, which means Georgia is a prime base to conduct military operations and coordination. It is also the home of the
CDC, the Center for Disease Control. I don’t want to alarm anyone, but usually you don’t buy 500,000 plastic coffins “just
in case something happens,” you buy them because you know something is going to happen.

54 in April of 1984 that allowed FEMA to activate a secret national readiness exercise. This exercise was given the code name
REX 84. The purpose of the exercise was to test FEMA's ability to assume military authority. REX 84 was so highly guarded
that special metal doors were installed on the fifth floor of the FEMA building in Washington, D.C. The only people that were
allowed to enter the premises were ones who had a red Christian cross on their shirt. The exercise required the following.....

So how much money goes into an organization
like this? Well it has been discovered that FEMA has a quasi-billion dollar budget. However, about 6% of that budget goes
into the relief effort. So why is it that they need so much money? Ever wonder where the President goes when it's said he
is in a "secure location"? Well most of the time that location is a secret government complex built into a mountain. It is
called Mt. Weather.
